The Furniture phase is an extension of Programming & Design, focused exclusively on creating comfortable, cohesive, and thoughtfully layered interiors. This phase may run concurrently with finish selections or as a standalone service. We develop detailed furniture plans, present furniture schemes for each space, and coordinate pricing and lead times with vendors to ensure selections align with your investment expectations and project schedule. Selections may include upholstery, case goods, rugs, lighting, window treatments, artwork, accessories, and decorative accents, as well as refinishing or reupholstering existing pieces when appropriate. AG&Co coordinates the sourcing, pricing, ordering, tracking, inspection, storage, and final delivery of all approved items, including construction materials, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, wallcoverings, hardware, furniture, accessories, and window treatments. We prepare detailed purchase proposals for client approval, confirm shop drawings and custom orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery and installation in carefully planned phases. Items arriving ahead of schedule are inspected and securely stored off-site until the appropriate installation window. By managing logistics from start to finish, we ensure every element arrives on time, in perfect condition, and ready for installation, allowing you to enjoy a smooth, organized, and worry-free experience.
